The first week of May is all about mental health awareness. It is a great opportunity to participate in local community activities that are designed to create more understanding about mental health and how it impacts everyone in our communities.
I’d love to see the conversation continue beyond one week in May, however and so I have created a six week blogging challenge.
You get to pick your goal of how many posts you will write throughout the six weeks, and you get to pick your topics, although they should have something to do with mental health and wellness. I will send out topic suggestions and prompts at the beginning of each week.
